Position Responsibilities

- 3C, lithium, photovoltaic, logistics automation industry end customer brand promotion.
- New customer development and old customer maintenance of equipment vendors in various industries.
- Can help customer selection, general technical docking.
- Contract signing, payment recovery.
- Complete the work temporarily assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Academic degree or above (engineering preferred), automation, measurement and control, machinery, instrumentation, electrical professional priority.
- Sales experience of more than 1 year, industrial control related professional excellent.
- Fresh graduates and willing to do sales welcome delivery, familiar with industrial control products preferred, such as RFID, cable, code reader, AGV mobile handling trolleys, PLC, servo controllers, pneumatic products, sliding screws, instruments and meters. etc.
- Have a certain photovoltaic, automotive, 3C industry customer relations, with the ability to sort out internal customer relations, with strong communication skills preferred.
- Practical and willing to work, not afraid of loneliness, with staying power, love to learn, have a strong sense of service, good teamwork spirit.
- Accept travelling.
RFID Product Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for pre-sales technical support of hardware products and project solutions, understand customer needs, identify core pain points, coordinate internal and external products of the company to complete solution design, and ensure project success.
- Take charge of industry market planning, strategy formulation and implementation; drive the conversion of opportunities into sales through lead incubation, opportunity exploration and key project expansion.
- Support the company's key projects, including conducting customer demand research & analysis, solution design, solution presentation, configuration and quotation, pre-bidding guidance, technical bidding response and other pre-sales work.
- Boost solution capabilities in 3C, photovoltaic, automotive and auto parts industries, covering solution incubation and marketing operation tools development.
- Identify areas for product improvement, participate in dedicated teams to promote relevant changes, and plan supporting software for hardware products.
- Continuously collect user needs and feedback, and compile functional requirements and specification documents.
Requirements
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science or related majors.
- More than 3 years of working experience, with priority given to candidates who have experience in IoT terminal application projects such as RFID and barcode recognition.
- Proficient in project management knowledge system, familiar with multiple links including product planning, definition, development, production and quality management; candidates with product manager experience are preferred.
- Be responsible and meticulous, with strong pressure resistance, excellent communication skills and good teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in using Office, CAD, SolidWorks, Axure and other software.
